Returns Policy

Return Policy – SUMO CYCLEWORKS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if an item does not suit you, you have the right to return it under the conditions below.

1. Withdrawal Period

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

2. Eligibility Conditions

For your return to be accepted, items must:

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

  • Not have been worn, used, or installed

  • Be in their original condition, with intact packaging, labels, and accessories

  • Be returned in their original packaging and in perfect resalable condition

Any incomplete, damaged, or used item cannot be accepted for return.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at ciao@sumocycleworks.fr stating:

  • Your order number

  • The product(s) concerned

  • The reason for the return

We will respond promptly with detailed instructions on how to proceed.

⚠️ No returns not previously validated by our services will be accepted.

4. Return Costs and Modalities

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be properly packed and protected.

  • Returns travel under the responsibility of the customer; we recommend using a tracked service and appropriate insurance.

5. Refund

  • Refunds are processed after receipt and verification of the condition of the returned items.

  • The refund will be issued via the payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days after return validation for the refund to appear.
